Ruined my anniversary meal. I thought country fried chicken would be simple enough. Since I didn't get gravy I'm left with dry chicken and potatoes. The smallest things make all the difference. :(
Awesome Food and Great Staff. Love Texas Roadhouse.
Sat for an hr food had to be returned twice and still wasn't right. Left without eating, the waitress seemed not to care and no one from management came. Worst customer service EVER! I will not return nor will I recommend it to friends and family.
I like the food, the staff, and the great customer service!!
