I was shocked at the way the waitress, waiters, table servers, table clean up crew were dressed!!! It was hard to tell who was working there! Some of them looked dirty, too made up, dressed disgusting to serve food. No clean forks, had to wait on the utensils. Bread was cold by the time we got a knife for the butter. The tea taste like sugar water...no tea flavor at ALL. The floors were covered with trash, peanut shells, and very sticky! Everything was great until after we left and I ended up with food poisoning. I’m SO sick. It’s brutal. I wouldn’t wish this on anyone. It’s the worst sickness I’ve ever had! It’s to the point where I may need to go to the hospital. I believe it was a undercook blooming onion that I ate that made me sick. I literally feel like I’m dying. Food poisoning is no joke y’all

Please let me preface this review with saying the following: 1. I am not writing this review looking for any freebie, nor would I accept one even if offered. I don't think I will be going back for a while took my granddaughters yesterday before the Virginia and the food was not worth eating my husband and I ordered a bacon cheeseburger combo it was so salty and burnt we did not eat at and the food at Royalton worth eating my husband and I order a bacon cheeseburger combo it was so salty and burnt we did not eat it and the food the food they brought out to my granddaughter was very disappointing too. Food was great but service was terrible. After being seated it was 20 minutes or longer before anyone got our drink order then another 15 minutes before they asked if we where ready to order.

The first time we went everything was great. But this time the service was slow. Received our salads before our appetizer. We told the waitress not hold up the steaks but that we still wanted our appetizer. We had to wait at least 20 minutes after our appetizer for our steaks. We might still be waiting if another waitress had not checked on our steaks for us. I don’t believe we will be going back anytime soon.
