I go here about 3 times a year and every time it's a bad experience and I hate that because I love other locations but this one just has poor service and it's crazy slow.

A little disappointed, service was slow, when we finally got our steaks, we were told it would be 2 mins for the baked potatoes. It was a good 5 mins before we got our baked potatoes. We were asked if we wanted to substitute something else for the baked potato. We have eaten at another Texas Roadhouse that we were very pleased with. Our steaks were a little tough. Our experience at this Texas Roadhouse in Aberdeen was disappointing.

Waited over 1 hour and still haven’t gotten our food. The manager was rude and completely oblivious to the issue.

We have been going here for years & it was our favorite place until last night, it was such a let down it was just AWFUL, 1. While waiting for our order I unwrapped my silverware it was dirty & even the napkin had some sort of crusty something on it.. 2. The folks that was seated after us got their food first.. 3.
