We have been regular customers for years, it's one of our favorite places to dine. Always great service and food in Burlington NC.

Yesterday was a bad experience..first while we were waiting they skipped us and we were waiting close to a hour which should of been no longer than 30 minutes. Than we had to wait at least 30 more minutes for our food which wasn’t hot. I think next time we will go to Greensboro
Had a wonderful time with coworkers but the 1 thing I don't like is not being able to make reservations. I called 30 minutes before they opened but was told they'll take care of us when we arrive. Other than that the food and service was great!! They really need a bigger place.

Today was service way BELOW what I have received there. We sat probably 5 to 10 minutes before we were ever approached to be waited on. When we finally got our food the steak tips my mother ordered were so tough she couldn’t eat them. My country fried steak was lukewarm. The waitress apologized and said she could get us something else but we had things we need to do (already late)and had to leave. And we never saw manager in the restaurant. VERY disappointed with today’s service and food !!!
