We eat st Texas Roadhouse often. We usually expect a short wait. But food is always great and service is excellent!
Where do I begin! Our entire experience was terrible! Oliva was our "waitress" and couldn't seem to do her job. Water with lemon but no lemon... it took 2x for her to bring lemons... no silverware... no refills... AND to top it off our food was gross! My steak (8oz new york strip) had no flavor... and my husbands baked potato was dry. From now on we will stick with Texas Roadhouse in Winston Salem, the wait staff and the food is always on point there �

This is the second time I've been to Texas Roadhouse in Burlington. Pros: great food, great staff, and yummy margaritas. Cons: The music is FAR too loud. C'mon guys, turn it down some. We were seriously yelling at one another across the table.
