The thick cut New York strip steak was delicious �
We've been going to this Texas roadhouse for a few years. Service is always good. Sometimes it's hit or miss. There are a few great servers. I know which ones they are and I tip them well. Ive only had 1 bad experience where I had to talk with the manager. All in all, a good restaurant. On Friday and Saturday nights it's always swamped.....so do call ahead seating. Also the music is quite loud at times. Other than that good food and place.

Worst service I’ve had in a long time in a restaurant 13 on the afternoon and took 45 minutes to get food waitress was non attentive and didn’t even bother apologizing for the ridiculous wait many tables seated after our party of two who arrived after us were finishing their meals
Last 2 times going to Madison heights location, party of two we got in no wait, then waitress comes over gets order, she forgets our second side that came with the meal, we had to ask for refills on drinks, it’s bad when waitress doesn’t come around the manager walks around and he cleans up the table!! The first time I told manager , she replied oh she most be having a off day, probably done with this restaurant for awhile!!

We eat at the Madison Heights TR a couple times a month, had a waitress in training yesterday, order and service were perfect. Drinks were tasty also! Thanks for providing good food and service at a reasonable price.
Food was great....our server (Simone) hope spelled right .was fantastic. ....
