went to Texas Roadhouse last night (Thursday 6/23/17) Had a wonderful meal the waitress Chasity was Wonderful it was my grandsons 15 birthday and she treated him like a star. All waitress needs to take lesson from her on how to treat there customers.
My husband and just celebrated our 25th anniversary there yesterday! The food was delicious, and our waitress was so sweet and kept things coming for us and making sure any extra dishes were taken away. We loved the floor show too and we didn't even know they did little dances to music. I am now a Texas Roadhouse fan for life!!
Really enjoyed our meal and our waitress, Chastity, was awesome! The mgr. David was at our table a couple times and was very friendly and personable!
My kids and myself went the day it opened it was a OK meal.. But are sever Jazmine Lazarus was very good and made sure we was well taking care of. She has a great personality
Everything wonderful, cept catfish over fried. Service fabulous, nice atmosphere. Great chili, sweet potatoes, rib tips and corn. Would go again, but no catfish.....
We arrived last night after my daughter's graduation at 9:15 with a party of 12. The staff did a wonderful job of taking care of us. I know that it was the end of their shift but not once did I feel rushed. The food was great and we had a good time. We didn't leave till 11 (they close at 10) Thank you to the wonderful waitresses, sorry I forgot your names.
By far a better experience than my first time at Lansing, MI
Two friends and I went to eat on a Sunday and after calling ahead, we were seated within 2 mins of arriving. Tommi Wilds was our server and she did an outstanding job, going above and beyond our expectations, and she made sure our food was prepared correctly and that we didn't need anything else. The Steaks were delicious. One of us had a Birthday, so she sat on the saddle and some of your team helped her celebrate with a YAHOO. Well Done TR and Tommi.
Visited Texas Roadhouse today with sister and brother (which is in wheel chair and oxygen) did call ahead seating and was sat before our time we were schedule. All staff was very friendly. Thank You to management for fast and prompt service with having wheel chair.. We had a excellent waitress Becky from Australia. Very good food. Was first time visitors and already thinking about next time.
