Reservation were made for party of 12 sat us back to back not together. Poor service. Waitress got my food wrong then tried to talk me in to getting it redone after 1/2 to 45 min wait. Also had to ask for refills. I probably won't go back.
First visit to our new Texas Roadhouse, companion had the best steak ever and I loved their chicken critters. Our server, Chastity, was absolutely awesome and even set us up with a bag of peanuts and their yummy dinner rolls to go! We will be back...
I had crystal as my waitress today she was so nice and the service was perfect it was the best meal I've ever had thank you
The food was great (they know well done means cooked through, not burned to a crisp). ALL the wait staff were not only cordial, but extremely helpful, even though they were terribly busy. I especially want to give notice to Cheyanne, my server, and one of the 2 bartenders on duty, she was very attentive, even though she was bar tending for the entire restaurant. I will definitely be back, and I will recommend this eatery to friends and family!
Went in for a Bachelorette party, with a party of 6. Our server, Sierra, was on top of everything! She exudes excitement, and a happiness to be there, helping you. Our needs were met, our food was exceptional, and our expectations were far exceeded. The kitchen may have been a little backed up, but it was worth the wait (not too long of a wait). Our food was off the charts, wicked good! We took some home to our husbands, just so they could taste what we were tasting! Awesomeness!
We had a great dinner tonight and a super friendly waitress. Couldn't have asked for better.
Food was good but the waitress never asked about refills on our drinks. Do they have deserts? So full and busy they don't want you to linger?
Our food was awesome, both waitresses were awesome, I think they were the most favorite part next too the food. The manager put us on priority and made shit happen with our group of 10!!! The wait time is a but ridiculous and they should have tables that slide together for larger parties.
Our server, Bekki, was fantastic! Really great food too! I would recommend the call ahead seating. I did that and was able to get sat in about 5 minutes. The rolls are yummy. A great place, especially for a chain!
