My husband and I have been a few times and each and every time was great! We went last night (New Year's Eve) and once again the food and service was excellent!! We had Tommi for our server and she was wonderful � We highly recommend going here if you want great tasting food and superb service!

Went with a large group for a birthday and we were seated in four different areas, with all the tv's and jukebox playing everyone was talking over it. Made it real hard to hear anyone at the table or wait staff. No complaints about wait staff or the food. It just felt like I was in the middle of a football stadium during a halftime show. Very uncomfortable.
All I can say is wow.... And not in a good way... No manager to come around and ask how things were, waited 45 min to be seated and then crappy service. Brought us dinner rolls no silverware, brought salads, no silverware, brought appetizer, no silverware. Another 20 min has passed... Got silverware. Supper came. Tips not cooked to our order. No discount nothing... Surprised I even payed for it.. A HUGE MISTAKE!!! NEVER AGAIN! Food sucked... Service sucked more... Beyond disappointed...
The greeters were very helpful and friendly. The waiter was very knowledgeable and efficient. The foods were superb. We, the party of nine, were happy with our meals. We ordered the ribs, the steaks, the kabobs, the cat fish, cactus bloomers. Wow, all great. A little noisy with the others birthday celebrations.
We love the food and atmosphere at the Texas Roadhouse. The steaks were tender and the shrimp were excellent. We will definitely be back
Our waitress Jazz was amazing...she did an awesome job.
