Our filets were absolutely perfect--melt in your mouth awesomeness!! Never had a bad meal or bad service--always very friendly----Our Number One choice for date night!! Can't wait to go again!!
We eat at Texas Roadhouse often but this visit was pretty bad. Not sure if the waitress or what but she didn't do good at all. We waited for refills, had food cooked several times before it was cooked right and she was so confused about the bills as well!!
I think its one of the best syeak houses around. My wife and i used to drive an hour to lansing to go to texas road house but now that there is one in jackson its just great
The boys and I have eaten there more time than I care to count and we have yet to have a bad meal. They always check the steaks when they come out and 99%of the time is perfect. If not they make it right. I have never had a bad waitress some are better than others. Best bang for your buck if your looking for steak.

Great food great service very little wait to get a table all an all a good evening
Took my husband in there for the first time waitress forgot to put her order in 45 minutes till we got our salad was there a total of two hours and 10 minutes just to eat dinner got there at 4:10 food was great service was not so great Didn't get out of there for two hours that's too long for going to dinner
Service was awesome they were all friendly. Food had a good flavor but we asked for well done steak and both came out undercooked. we don't send food back because of tampering issues in the past at different establishments. Well try it again but will definitely emphasize WELL done.
Food and service was great. We got seat right away.
