Took my granddaughter for her birthday there me and my wife ordered two steaks hers was well-done and when she got it it was still red in the middle so they took it back brought it back later and it was still red in the middle so the manager said two times of not being able to get it right she took it off the bill
Excellent food, very good service, very reasonable prices.
I loved it , the people were so friendly , the food might have been the best I have ever had. Steak was cooked perfect, shrimp melted in my mouth. I am very happy with my first time going to Texas Roadhouse. Plus loved the music people dancing. It was awesome! !!!
We had a great experience starting out, and our food was great. But our server was terrible. Only checked on us once before our food came, and never checked to see if we had our appetizer. I used to be a waitress and I would have expected such a small tip. The food was good just poor server experience.
We drive 1 hour one way for the good food and excellent service that cant be beat
Great Steakhouse in Jackson, Michigan. The menu is packed full of mouth-watering choices. I picked steak and shrimp, salad, fresh vegetables. YUM!
Took the family there the other day and it was ok but could have been better . The steak I got was ok but lacked in taste. The beer selection was awful. With all these great craft beers out why not put some in your restaurant? And the prices are high I spent 100 bucks for the four of us.
I told the waiter it was my husband's birthday. He explained to me that due to his religion he didn't celebrate birthdays but he would tell another waiter and they would take care of it. He never said anything to anyone else. I had to say something to another waitress. So after waiting 20 minutes for our bill, they finally came over. I get religious freedom and that's fine but it shouldn't interfere with doing your job or at least making sure some one else takes care of it.
Not the greatest visit. Food was great and so was service but they didn't have their A game. Had to ask for peanuts, dirty silverware and no rolls. Seemingly off day there. It happens
