The service was terrible. The waiter couldn't our right. Byou thetimthe time I gothink my Chicken Caesar salad itwit was a grilled Chicken. I don't think the waiter even knew what I wanted

Tha Waitress Was Amazing, Always On Top Of Everything. Very Family Friendly Atmosphere, My One Year Old Son Loved It. Food Was Great, Just All Around a Great Place To Dine.

I've been here a few times, but when I went for dinner tonight I was overly pleased with the service I received from Chelsea C! She was prompt with bringing the food, kept the table cleared of dishes, and made sure we always had refills. She was also personal and even made it a point to let the kitchen staff aware of my food allergy so all the baskets were clean when making my food. Couldn't have been more pleased! �
We went to Texas Roadhouse last night and it was very disappointing. My prime rib was very tough, the corn and potatoes were cold. My son ordered a 16 oz rib steak and baked potato and he got a 12 oz steak and his potato was hard ( over cooked ) to the point he couldn't eat it. The daughter ordered a 12 oz rib steak and the cooks switched both steaks and gave them to wrong person. The waitress giggled and said sorry and agreed the kitchen screwed up. Great food but our waiter Saturday night didn't seem like he wanted to be there til the check came and then perked up thinking he was gonna get a big tip, would have if he would have been a better server and we didn't have to ask for silver ware, tarter sauce for fish and our coffee warmed up
I was vacationing in Jackson Michigan, and wanted to treat my sister to a good steak dinner. We had the best time. Will make Texas steakhouse a new tradition.
Place is always great but I alway go to bed after cause I'm so full lol
