I know it's full of new staff, but the wait for the steak is way too long. Been here over an hour now. The music is too loud with all the other noise. Trying to be patient, but you've got work to do here. Worst Roadhouse experience ever. Get it together or get some experienced help from others in your kitchen.
Best steaks in Roanoke highly recommend. Service also top notch.

Let's see...meals not brought on time due to some kind of staff mishap....ribs entree was so tough it could not be separated from the bone (manager offered to replace it), supposedly "clean" silverware and plates noticeably still dirty / greasy. Sadly, a highly unpleasant overall experience.

Steaks or anything else aren't seasoned at all ... Was expecting more than bland from a steakhouse .
Food was absolutely perfect and cooked like we asked. Our server Taylor was great. Our favorite restaurant to go to so glad the Roanoke location is here.
