My steak was over cooked and both our steaks were cold. The salad came out at the same time as our steaks. My broccoli had a bitter taste. I think I'll be returning to Outback, until Texas Roadhouse get more experience.
Food is great. Service has been fair at best ever since they opened. Staff isn't always the friendliest either... I LOVE this chain and I am hoping in time the service improves... I have waited a while before doing a review and I have been here a dozen times already...

Hats off to the manager and staff at the new Texas Roadhouse here in Roanoke. This was my third time there since they opened and I am impressed. They do a great job and I've enjoyed each visit immensely. The 3 servers I've had were all super. Engaging and attentive. They have a tough job but IMHO do it well. And BTW the food is great

Went in with 4 other co workers and received the best customer service from Christina. Very nice friendly waitstaff. Food was fresh and served at the right temperature, Beer was cold, and the atmosphere was inviting. Thank you from the great Northwest(Seattle). Can't wait to tell my local Roadhouse that they have some competition here in Roanoke.
Me and my fiance and his mom visited for the first time on 10/3/16 and the coustomer service was great and the food was wonderful everthhing was banging the strawberry lemonade was great also i deafanantly recommend it to anyone and. We will be deafanantly going back again��best steak dinner ive had around and the best grilled shrimp ever the atmosphere was nice☺
