Went on Valentines the steaks were good but waitress didn't check on our drinks and both of us ran out of something to drink. I stopped her and told her WE needed a refill, she brought me one glass. Wife not please at all. I have always had good service but not this time.
Me and my fiance eat here every week. More times than not my filet is over cooked, and we end up eating at different times. I have to actually have a manager get involved everytime I eat here. This past Friday we dropped a 120$ in there. We decided to go again last night, and yep my filet was NOT medium rare! Waitress seemed like she could care less, said she'd send a manager over. I usually have good service when I'm there! Waitress got the to go order wrong, as usual. We will still go back though!
I had a great time. Dani Ray was absolutely great!
Very busy night but we used the call ahead seating option and was was seated within 10 minutes. Our server was Corey and he was very attentive! Food came quick and tasted great!
Went to the Va. Beach location, my first time at that location and the service was outstanding. Kayla was great. She was very attentive and pleasant. The food was remarkable as usual. Walked right in and was seated on a Friday night. Overall very pleased. Two thumbs up. :)
Great service and food....but the wait to be seated suck .😜
