service is friendly & cant be blamed, but the food is consistently wrong, the roof leaks all over the food prep area, & the building isnt equipped to handle the amount of people they squeeze in on weekends. a 15 minute wait time always means 30, the peanuts arent changed out between tables, and parking is a catastrophe. we moved here from texas and we dont do that yeehaw thing you yell about either. not even at texas roadhouse...
My order was wrong and by the time it was fixed my kids had already finished their meals. So I was unable to finish my food. Our drinks where not refilled and we were not asked if we wanted an dessert. It felt like we were rushed out since they were busy. We won’t be back.
