RecommendedGreat food! Great atmosphere!
We love Roadhouse and eat here often. Tonight we had Paige as our server for the first time. Horrible attitude and just not friendly at all. Our rolls went empty and we asked for more and she responded with “What you want another empty basket?” All of our steaks were cooked wrong-not her fault I know. She tried to argue that my husbands was fine and did take one of the steaks back to cook longer. Food was burnt. Server was awful. She messed up an order gave me adult meal when I order child meal and when I mentioned she charged me for her mess up she tried to say the kid ordered it but it wasn’t him who ordered it even if he did order it why wouldn’t you give the kid the kids meal not the adult. Then gave all the kids large cups instead of the kids cup. Food didn’t taste good either steaks didn’t taste good. Will not be going back this is the second time since Xmas I been both were bad experiences.

Food was great and service was fast!!
Super disappointed, was our favorite place to eat. but the last 6 times there, they just can't get it right. 2.5 hours to eat dinner only to send it back twice. and leave without eating dinner. I would not recommend anyone eat here. between 5am and 9pm. they just cannot service a large crowd. slinging bs like they did tonight.
bad service, took daughter to restroom they cleaned our table then tried to reserve the food that the busboys had cleared. manager tried to make it right. we eat there all the time and this was definitely the worse experience from start to finish.
