Today at 2:45 we received the worst service ever. We had to wait 10 min before the server came over and took our drink order. He took forever bringing us more rolls which was cold. My steak was cooked perfect except it was cold. I did not send it back because i didnt want it over cooked. The shrimp was cold and our ribs was dry. It took the server forever to bring our check. Y'all were not that busy so how come our service was horribly slow and our food was cold? I'm not happy at all.

Wasn't acknowledged after standing in the door after 10 minutes and there were at least eight people talking amongst themselves that noticed me and still said nothing or asked me anything. Then proceeded to be rude to me when I asked if there were two seats available.

This has been my go to steakhouse for more than ten years until last night. My Fiance and I, who are in our thirties, were accused of having fake identification? Really guys? You just lost business to Outback Steakhouse which Is where we will be going from here on out. I'm actually disappointed as your establishment does in fact prepare a delicious ribeye.
