I always love going to Texas Roadhouse. Our latest visit on Saturday we were disappointed as our burgers were served cold and very under done. My burger was also prepared incorrectly. The manager was awesome and apologized and comped the whole meal. The waitress, Alaina, was outstanding as well. Very attentive and immediately recognized that my meal was prepared incorrectly when first delivered. This was definitely a rare occurrence for this location and we appreciated how the management handled the situation.

Tonights visit was one of the worst ever! We got out on the wait list for 7pm. We get there and it’s 7:45 before we are seated. THEN we order our food and we wait and wait and wait. Only to have the manager come tell us that there was a “technical” issue with our order and they were just putting it in. So an hour later we finally get our food only to have it cold and not very tasty. Then they didn’t get the checks right so they had to go back and do that again.
