We were at Texas Roadhouse Lynchburg Saturday night. Wait wasn't as long as usual. Ordered the cactus bloom onion came out and was horrible. The bottom and the onion was burnt. Waitress took it back and got us another one. Food came way before appetizer again. Ordered my steak medium was all but well done. Didn't complain because didn't want to wait again for it to be cooked right. We normally love this place but Saturday night was not good but will say on a positive note that the chili was delicious.
The food is great, the service is wonderful, but they "never" get my steak correct, so I have to send it back and everyone is almost done with theirs I'm getting mine ,
Usually we have a good experience here and good food. Last night our waitress was to interested in the two gentlemen sitting in the booth beside us, and yes they were cute and the same age as the waitress. Had to ask for the rolls and our appetizer. Main course came out right after our salads did. One order was not correct and not sauce with another order. It will be a long time before we go back.
Love love love ❤️ Texas Roadhouse but this time I wasn't as enthusiastic, my beef tips weren't really hot and LOTS of fat on them, my friend left cellphone in booth and called 3 times until someone actually looked and found it!!!
Texas Roadhouse has always been our favorite restaurant in lynchburg. We frequently go there for dinner. Tonight we had a fairly new waitress named Tori. She was a little nervous but very sweet and attentive. She double checked herself to make sure the order was correct and had our food and drinks out quickly.
