8/18/2017 6pm Tina Cook ! I was so up set on the wait times when I had call a week a head and the day of a head about a party of 20 ? / for my husband # 50 party and my God daughter # 7.they for got to show her the saddle , my friend meat was wasn't done .
Food was very good. We sat at the bar as we always do, but this time I get pretty upset. There is a guy who I'd call a regular, the bartender provided him with a clear kids cup to spit his tobacco in right at the bar while we are trying to eat. The thing that ticked me off the most was this is the second time this happened! The first time I talked to a female manager, she acted like it was no big deal. Went to Texas Roadhouse for our 43 wedding anniversary.order a steak will they brought me my steak and said it would be 30 minutes before my bake potato would be ready.really like I would want my steak and not my potato with it.why the waitress just come and tell us our order would be another 30 minutes cause their waiting on the back potato.they just was wanting the booth.really disappointment in the service.
Good food and good service. The atmosphere was great. Only negative I have is the young girls yelling yee ha. Their shrill voices just about cracks my glassware. I could do without that. The new building is very nice I like how it's decorated. I definitely will be back. All in all a good experience
Ribs are still great there -However something changed with the chicken critters -not as good as they once were.
