Ok, I hate to be THAT customer, but here goes - one of the worst experiences EVER in a restaurant. Today is our youngest son's 18th birthday. He has his choice of restaurants to celebrate. He chooses Texas Roadhouse. I know it will be a wait due to it being Friday night, Rose-Hulman's homecoming, I-70 delays through Terre Haute, but that's cool. We called ahead, took approximately 20 minutes to get there, got seated right away. Our waitress Amy was amazing and the food was great.
I am happy with my food here EVERY SINGLE TIME I go. There is never a bad time. I prefer their steaks to the other steakhouse. PLUS sometimes you just need a big giant salad, and the Chicken Critter salad fantastic. My grandson had his first steak all his own yesterday and he ate every bite. Great place to take family.
It was so cold. We asked if we could move to a warmer area, said no warmer. Waiter was very nice but waited too long for food. Asked for to go boxes. I don't know if we'll go back. We'll take a jacket if we do.
