Worst customer service by the management of this establishment in this town!!! Have had the same experience the last two times we have been there.Will never be a 3rd and will make sure our cabin guests are warned to stay away!!!!!
The server and the food was great !!!!!!!! My group of ladies from Macedonia Baptist Church in Greensburg Ky and I were in Pigeon Forge to attend The Women of Joy conference for the week end . So on our home Sunday we stopped to eat lunch. We have stopped at this Texas Roadhouse before it is always great. I am sure we will eat there again. Thank You !!
The food was good, but..... They had a bday person in there,and the one waitress was just screaming in my ear. That pissed me off and ruined the whole meal. Never again.
Man that place was absolutely wonderful and I will recommend it to all the visitors comes to Sevierville Tennessee stop in at Texas Roadhouse and say howdy
