My family experience was nothing short of perfect!
Normally I'd give TX Rdhouse a 4 or even 5 but while the food was really good as it always is, the service wasn't. Still I'd go back to this location again......
Had the beef tips. They were so tender. Definitely worth eating again!

We are from Ohio and just ate there today and the service right from the start was incredible. Randi was one of the best waitresses we have ever had hands down. Must have a great manager there because the entire staff was awesome. The food was terrific we would recommend this location to anyone!!
If I could leave less than one star, I would. We went here on Friday and had a horrible experience. First of all, our waitress, Amber, let my boyfriend's drink sit empty for 15 minutes before filling it. Next, it took 45 minutes for us to get our food (appetizer platter, Caesar salad, and a hot dog) while all the tables around us had already been turned and the freshly seated people had already received their appetizers, salads, and entrees. I usually love the Roadhouse...i was alone which meant no service for me!! I almost left but finally the server came over. It was not a busy time either. Cold food too. Not happy.....
Our waiter was really good. She was talkative. I think her name was Janet? I'm not sure. But the food was great!
