My group of 10 went here for my birthday dinner and it was amazing. Our server Chase, I believe his name is, was fantastic! The food was so good and very well cooked! I will definitely be back!
Steak was extremely overcooked....our waitress was great tho! Salads we're good, taters skins we're good, although a bit burnt too.....overall, it was ok. Teach your cooks what medium means and you'll get more stars next time.
I was very specific in placing an order medium well steak with jack cheese and mushrooms, no onions. First time they bring out my steak with no jack cheese no mushrooms and medium rare brought it back to me with loaded onions and cheese after clarifying no onions... Johns steak under cooked had to send back... The manager took care of 2 out of 3 of the meals... uhhh ya... seeing as how I did not get my food. Did you think you did me a favor? My food i had was very good and i would go back again
First of All when someone calls your restaurant to ask about a wait- you don't keep them on hold for 10 minutes. When we finally got on the phone with someone it was a to go order person who we hadn't even spoken to previously. She took out request and said it would be 15 minutes. So 10 minutes later we arrive and ask for our table. We were told it would be a 25 minute wait AFTER WE EVEN CALLED. we have now been waiting that long and are still here waiting to be seated.
