I have been to this place literally 100 times. My family came in from Texas to surprise me and took me to dinner. There were 11 of us and we got there when they opened before the rush. Not only did they bring our food out piece by piece over a 45 minute span, when I finally got my $20 steak, someone in the back thought it would be funny to salt the ever living hell out of it so it was completely inedible. Best karaoke bar in town ole man cho knows how to make you feel at home. 'Twas lit.
I though for Mother's Day the service and seating time was excellent. The food was good and the server checked on us every time she walked by and brought refills without being asked. The food did take a long time to come out but that's not th servers fault.
Eaten at Texas Roadhouse twice before. Both times good and service were amazing, without a doubt 5 star food and service. However mother's day was disappointing. She had a thin layer of ice on top of her drink, our steaks were placed in the wrong plate, and my side was cold. Server seemed distracted from the job at hand, providing service not bad, but not excellent either. Hope this was just a one time disappointment.
The service is always good and the food is always great. I get a 20 ounce Prime Rib and they melt in your mouth. We went on Mother's Day and the Prime Rib they gave me was not a 20 ounce it might have made it to 16 ounce but not sure it was that big. I would have given them 5 stars if it wasn't for that.
Steak was delicious. Really good flavor. Good rolls. All in all excellent .
