Disappointed. This has been my favorite restaurant for 9 years. My favorite meal is the chicken critters w/ ranch & fries. I was really disappointed to be served the new chicken critters. The new batter is not as crispy & the seasoning on them is disgusting. The waitress was nice & noticed I didn't eat much & asked me if I wanted something else but I didn't so they didn't charge me which was nice BUT Please bring back the old chicken critters!! They were way better.
Great place to eat with family! The music is a little too loud specially when the servers are taking orders you just about have to yell ! Other then that , very friendly people ! I would recommend to everyone !
Waitress was slow in taking our order and refilling drinks. Never came back to check once our food was out and only briefly appeared to drop the check and take the payment.
Usally outstanding! But last night my rib eye didn't have that crisp coating, like it was baked or micowaved....kinda disappointing...

Got there at 5:45 didn't get seated till 6:35 the food was great but we didn't get out of there till 8:45 way too late for dinner and kids that have to go to school and it was a week day ..
We have been to other Texas Roadhouse restaurants and have enjoyed the visit & food, but not this one..the blooming onion was undercooked and the food overcooked?! Very disappointed as we spent $80 for us and our children...will not be back.
My favorite place to eat !!! Our server, Nancy was phenomenal, if you go, ask for her. Best service we've ever had in Clarksville ♡ THANK YOU, NANCY !!!!
