Terrible hostess, horrible service. No rolls lousey tea and a waitress that seemed to be lost in space. Never again, Texas roadhouse, you should be ashamed!!
We had a great experience and the food was wonderful. Our server, Jon was on top of it and has the perfect personality and sense of humor. We ate some great food on this trip but Texas Roadhouse was the favorite! Will be back!
No rolls no pick your own steak out act like too damn lazy
It was a very tought, stringy steak. The server was fine. Logan's does a better job around here. Texas road house at in Gatlinburg was a disappointment.
I loved the food, the place was crowded and service a bit slow, but the wait paid off.....

Absolutely delicious! Great service by our server Casey and amazing food that came out at the perfect moment throughout the entire meal.
Love this place. We eat every year. Never had a bad dish and service is awesome.
We were two hours away called ahead for a table to make sure they took call-aheads, drove the two hours and then were told they don't take reservations, so we waited...and waited. The food was good, but orders were wrong and we waited forever at each stage. The bills were incorrect too. This is probably the worst service I've ever had.
