I was there Dec 5, 2015. The food was awesome, the service was extremely exceptional. All the servers were so friendly & lots of smiles. Sure hope we get to make it this year. Would live to make it early enough to get to see all the parade. Thank you Texas Roadhouse for making our lunch so special.

The service was great- wasn't a terribly long wait and the food was top shelf.
Every time we come to Gatlinburg we always eat here. The food was good ( even though I had to send my steak back cause wasn't WD.)The server was nice but the hostess did not handle us right. They sat us down and we put our granddaughter in a high chair and sat the stroller next to us while we was taking the diaper bag out. Rudely 5 members of staff came over said we had to move the stroller and let down the extension which was fine but was it necessary to have 5 people tell us that and made a scene.
