We walked in an not many people were in there, we asked for the bar area and we were told that half the bar was closed because they were slow. 5 minutes after we sat down they sat two tables in the bar area that were open when we came in and one table had maybe 2/3 year old little girl with them.. I didn't think they were allowed in the bar area..??
First steak was over done and it took longer for the recook to come out than the first and by then i was to aggravated to enjoy i waited an hour or longer on a medium steak and still had to pay full price management didn't seem to care that me and my wife had to eat separate on our ten year anniversary prob won't ever go back to this location
Food was good. But above our table was leaking driping in our plates. When we complained and asked for another table stuff said they can not do so much cause there was raining outside-what a stupid answer. I guess next time I better bring my umbrella with me.

Texas Roadhouse is our favorite restaurant of all times we visit here in Tennessee, Massachusetts and Florida hands-down the Gatlinburg location was the worst experience ever. We were put at a table that did not accommodate us with a baby. The service was aweful, very slow never saw Waiter after our food was brought out. My chicken critters were not crunchy like they usually are and about half the usual order.

The food was delicious, and the service was exceptional. Coming from Louisiana is speaking volumes of our experience.
