Service was 1 of the best robbie did an excellent job very busy, he stayed on top with everyone, I work at fed ex deliver to Texas roadhouse near Knoxville center Mall, they take good care of me, Robbie not only deserves a raise he should be training others I enjoyed my visit and look forward in Oct to visit Texas roadhouse again because of the awesome service Thanks again see you soon!!!!
We were seated by the bar listening to the staff gossip about coworkers the staff on break sat down at the booth behind us and had a inappropriate conversation in a public environment staff needs some direction. The food was ok nothing special the steak was ordered med well was over cooked . The food was delivered by 3 different staff members at strange times . We can cross this restaurant off our list of places we frequent.
Excellent food! Excellent service! Even the expediter came out and greeted us. Manger was on the floor making sure everyone was taken will care of. Great group of people. Friendly atmosphere.

We ate there yesterday for lunch while visiting Gatlinburg, Texas Roadhouse is usually our favorite go to steakhouse. However, the rolls were not only cold but had a bad taste. We ordered two lunch items and four drinks with a side of applesauce...two in the party had eaten previously, the bill still came out $40.00 which was a little pricey for the amount of lunch sandwiches and not very good at that.
