I visited this restaurant this past Christmas. We have visited other Texas Roadhouses and enjoyed ourselves. But this place was terrible. There was a fowl odor like cigarette smoke. There was no management nor organization. We waited 45 mins after ordering and the only thing that we received was our tea. The waitress was in tears. We finally paid for our tea and left the poor waitress $50.. We will not be back.

My friend found a dead bug in her salad. Feelers and all still intact. We notified the waitress and said we would like to cancel our order and leave, but we didn't make a big deal about it. She got the manager, who said that she would comp our meals if we stayed. So we reluctantly stayed but my meal was not comped and my friend was still charged for her iced tea. Great food and Marli is the best.
I tried calling the other evening to order the family meal for take out. The girl answering the phone would ask why I was calling, when I told her, she hung up on me. FOUR TIMES. That's no accident. Obviously I finally said, forget it, and ordered from Chili's instead.
