I ordered a medium well steak and got a rare steak. I ordered a loaded potato and only got butter with it. They didn’t even put salad dressing in my to go bag. So I called and complained. The young lady manager told me to call back one day and they would replace it. So here it is a few weeks later and they are refusing to replace it and basically calling me a liar. I eat here 3-4x a month but after this I’ll never go back and will tell everyone how I feel about it. This is very bad business. The manager literally lied to me!

Tonight, August 2nd, I was able to be the lucky first table for a new server. Erica was the most down to earth and genuine server that I have at any TR. From being greeted with a grin behind a mask to the mothering tone that she was able to communicate and provide the service expected. Not once did I have to ask for anything. She was on it and did not disappoint. Enjoy the rest of your first night on the floor. Thanks for being real and for providing the great service that paired perfectly with the food.

Several employees have tested positive for Covid19 and the rest of the employees were exposed to them. They're being forced to work even though they may be infected. The restaurant refuses to do any type of special cleaning and protect their clientele!
Great food good prices awesome adult beverages and staff is always nice
great staff candy was so awesome she made my visit and birthday fabulous I would recommend to go and eat there steaks and ribs are awesome
