We had wonderful service! Everyone was really nice, especially Sissy, Debra and Emily. They made our evening perfect... And the food was great as usual. Thank you all! We'll definitely be back!

So, after the tournament we decided on going to Texas Roadhouse, and instead of being approached with a cheerful attitude and sitting us, the blonde waitress would rather complain the whole time because we came in 30 mins before closing, not because we wanted to be those people who come in before closing, but because this is the last night we are in Kingsport and was still wrestling pretty late, and told the kids we would go eat at least one night while we were here. Visited the Kingsport location. Food was amazing as always. Plus Marissa (I think was her name) was the best waitress I've ever had! Please make sure she is acknowledged for this! A great smile happy service even on Easter!
We eat here on a normal basis, today was the worst service ever. We sat for 15 minutes, with waiters and waitresses all around and no one ever acknowledged us, even tried to wave one down. We just got up and left, this is normally my favorite place to go. Very disappointed today. You may need to make sure your wait staff know what they are there to do, not stand at the computer and chit chat.
