Great food amazing service and super friendly staff
The worst experience at a Texas Roadhouse. This was my first to this particular one. I gave two stars because the manager was kind enough to make it right in the end by not charging for most of our meals. The cook(s) were terrible. And our waitress was not good either. Dry, tasteless chicken, way over cooked steak, nieces mini cheeseburgers were burnt and even the bread was hard as a rock. Just bad. I'll be back to TR, but not the one in Kingsport.

A group of my friends and I decided to get together and go to Texas Roadhouse. We had around 20 people so I called almost three hours in advance and also got there 30 minutes before everyone else to check in and see if they could get things together for us. We waited still almost an hour after the initial time we told them we would be there before we were seated. My food was cold when I got it. Had to send it back and wait some more. Thank god we had a decent server. Let's just say it was not a very pleasant time.
Our waiter was exceptional. He was very attentive and took care of our needs. We were seated right away despite them being busy. We understood why they ran out of prime rib on a Sunday night and it's payday week. We haven't ate here in a while but the prices haven't changed much. Still very reasonable. I will definitely go back.
