COLD FOOD THE FIRST TIME IT CAME TO THE TABLE.WAITRESS TOOK IT BACK .CAME BACK COLD AGAIN BY THE MANAGER. THE MANAGER GAVE IT BACK COLD TOO. THATS JUST WRONG .

I'm wondering if there was change in staff with carry out orders? The dark headed girl that always handles it wasn't there again. Last night. I called my order in, stressed how I wanted the salad so it would be right. I added onion and bacon bits and NO TOMATO! As my last order had tomatoes!!! Upon pick up, staff didn't check the order right there. She assured me she checked and was right. I get home ... Again top of ribs- burnt. However , the salad ...again Wrong! Great food. Server kept drinks refilled. No complaints at all.
Fine place if you love gristly steak, horrible snail paced service. NEVER have been abe to order prime rib even on days they say they serve it (weekends only) whats weird, I could order prime any day when I lived in Texas and cost was 1/4 less, they never ran out.
Service was very slow, we walked in & the host turned around to chat with fellow workers , finally a manager ask if we had been helped yet ...then once seated we sat there at least 10 min before someone came to get our drink order ...by that time we had already decided on what we were going to eat ...
