Always the best. We have yet to get bad food or bad service.
Had absolutely the best steak of my life there yesterday. Meal was perfect, service was excellent, and atmosphere was tremendous.
I called with a request that they be able to seat a family of 18, after funeral. Beth answered with a yes, you night have to wait 10 or so minutes. All 18 of us arrived, waited no more then 10 minutes. We were seated, and our waitress Brandy was awesome. Our glasses never empty. The food was good, hot and cooked to our request. Was handed rolls with no butter, asked for butter never got it, ordered cactus blossom that was brought out 3 minutes before our food after we specifically ordered our appetizer and entrees 15-20 minutes apart so this would not happen and all the waitress said was "oh wow, that food came fast" didn't offer to take it off because we didn't even get to eat but maybe a few bites... Hands down the best ribeye I have ever had the pleasure of eating! Highly recommended!! Awesome service as well!
My favorite steak house without a doubt.... especially Kingsport location!!!! Always great service and food is always cooked to perfection!!! And did I mention I love that cinnamon butter and rolls?!?! Haha!! That's our little secret������
