Great steaks cooked to order and even open on the day after a blizzard.

We've been going to the road house ever since it opened, just about every Saturday night you can find us there bout 5:00, you can get a great steak dinner for a fair price!
Price's are great and I enjoy the fun atmosphere. Have not had a bad meal, always good!
Worst service I've experienced in a long time. After waiting 45 min. for a chicken sandwich and Mac & cheese we cancelled our order, paid for our drinks and left. I can't image what peak time service is like. I wouldn't even consider this establishment when dining in the Hagerstown area.

They only thing they can make correctly is the rolls which are delicious. How can you be a steak house and NOT be able to cook a steak properly. We gave them a 2nd chance by coming back this year. We won't be going anymore. Tired of getting steaks over cooked or under cooked. I'll go to Longhorn Steakhouse - their steaks are always delicious and cooked as ordered. It's a shame too because we went to Texas Roadhouse at least once or twice a month
The food was awesome! Waitstaff was friendly! This was our first time eating here and we will definitely be back!
