Was excited to find a Roadhouse right across from our hotel, but I was sadly disappointed! My Caesar salad had clumps of dressing , it was like they took a cup and just dump it on it. I also had a Margarita sangria and it tasted like someone threw a cup of salt in it. My husband’s steak was over cooked and tasteless. They also never brought out our Onion. Not sure if the waitress was new but she looked confused . Took a long time just to get water. Very disappointed ☹️.

the food and the customer service was beyond horrible.... this restaurant used to be a great place now it is horrible and the management staff does not care bout customers at all.

I ordered the Ribeye Family Pack. I pulled in, got my order and pulled out. Literally. I wasn't even there 2 minutes. EVERYTHING was perfection! Steaks cooked to perfection, salad was fresh, Rolls were delicious. Condiments were included. They even pack a bag of peanuts. I made substitutions and everything was correct. We will definitely order this again! THANK YOU TR!!
Last time it was 40 minutes past our prescheduled pick up time. Tonight we waited well past a half hour for our prescheduled pick up time. The customer service was AWFUL. We are missing food and got the wrong food. The new takeout system hasn't done this restaurant well at all. In fact it's turning me off to ever want to utilize this establishment again.
