I ordered to go, I called and asked if they could bring my food out to me because I didn’t have a mask. So mean while the girl took my card in and the Togo door was wide open , and I hear a bunch of girls cussing and talking about me I guess because I ask to have my food brought out. So I walk in and every one runs to the back, so the girl comes and hands me my card and I told her if there was a problem to let me know. The Manager Nathan Richwine is very unprofessional. My steak wasn’t right, and he insisted on telling me that it was nothing wrong with the steak, and refuse to give me a discount or another steak. Nobody should have to pay for something that they don’t eat, and it’s sitting on the plate right in front of them. This man does not need to be authorized to manage anything, he was very rude, and inconsiderate.
