I ordered takeout steak overcooked. Didn't get desert. I paid full price no discount given.
After ordering our drinks it took about 15 minutes before recieving them we ordered our food the same time as the drink as well as appetizers. I didnt recieve my salad until my food came oh and not to mention our food didn't actually get put in until 30 minutes after ordering. Just to find out at that time they didnt have any more catfish "thawed" out. Really? And we had to ask for bread constantly. It'll be awhile if I decide to return.
how can a steak house run out of steak?I really think corporate needs to take a look. I have never been to a restaurant that takes 2 hours to get a dinner to a table and then nothing is cooked correctly. I will not be going back anytime soon. Texas Roadhouse is getting worse as time goes on.
Found roaches crawling in my booth. That’s disgusting. I won’t be back!
The steak was cooked great and everything was very good. The atmosphere was also very nice.
We took my dad for his birthday and told Katie (the girl that seated us) and another server that was walking by, 3 separate times that it was his birthday so they would sing the song. we couldn't tell our server because he was sitting right there. no one ever came to our table and I counted 4 other birthdays that night. extremely disappointing
