I thought our server, Becca was A+++ and it was only her second day on her own! She rocked it and we have been coming here almost 9 years! Best server ever! And my daughter, Lexi says thank you for the saddle ride! Yeee haw!
Great service! Our waitress was so fun and the kids loved Kid's Night.

I had a great first time experience… server john was awesome! Great steak, yummy bbq chicken!
They crammed 6 people at a very small table big enough for 4 people. Slow service and since I lost my ID they would not except my hunting license as a form of identification. (Federal government declares it a legal form of ID) I could not purchase a beer, I'm 25 and look all of 25. Very disappointing. I will never attend this place again.

Wow Texas Roadhouse! 6 people for lunch, ordered food and had coupon for free onion rings. Got the rings and ate them. Food didn't come for an hour. We saw 2 tables after us get their food. Manager came out to apologize and then stated the coupon wasn't good because we ordered off the lunch special menu. Asked if he could throw in the rings because we had to wait an hour for our food.. His response... No, you can have your coupon back. No more business for us there anymore.
Used to love this place always good food and service but the experience I had tonight was not excusable and the manager was a bone head. I've worked in restaurants for over ten years and if I treated customers the way we were treated I would have been fired. The waitress was great but we were very unpleasant with everything else and the manager on duty was the icing on the cake. Didn't even try to accommodate our group or even try to make things right. I will never go here again and it used to be a place we frequented often.... read more
