Tasty food, friendly people, great restaurant!
took forever for our food, the steak sauce they had was horrible, the salad was good, but then we waited forever when it was not busy, we were there for two hours yeaterday and got sick after, not happy !
I arrive at 11am greeted with lots of smiling workers! I asked my server Alexis if they could cut me a 16 oz new York strip. She was happy to check for me!! Not a problem she says. Manager on duty informs me my steak will take a bit longer so they don't burn it. How nice was that!!! Mother's Day is coming up soon!! Enjoy the time Alexis, she taught you well! Best steak ever!!
I've always loved the service, the atmosphere and the people. I personally used to work here but I don't anymore. Service is still as amazing as it was when I left!
Food was good as always, but waitress never acknowledged the 2 birthdays we were there to celebrate. Super not happy and extremely disappointed!!

Food was good. Worst service I have ever experienced. Our table had 2 birthdays out of 5 of us. Never asked me if I wanted another old fashion. Brought us our appetizers after our meals were almost gone. Never asked how was our meals. They were sweeping up the floor next to us an hour before close. Never came by to clear table of any empty dishes. Talked to manager afterwards and all he said was sorry. .................by far my worst experience ever......I will never go back.

So let me get this right, you have call ahead seating and we called for an hour and a half, just busy signal, and we're told by hostess when we got there she says 4 lines of phones are only being answered by "1" person on the busiest dating holiday of the year, foolish staffing in my opinion? Our added bonus: an hour and a half wait...thanks, truly hope the food is good, cause we are not pleased right now. Better customer service needed when you advertise "Call Ahead" seating, and don't deliver it due to staffing patterns :(
Just got back to Oshkosh from another great meal at Texas Roadhouse. I mistakenly thought they were offering meals to Veterans including Dinner. Even though the Veterans Specials we're intended for lunch only, our server Alexis very kindly informed us that they were offering a Veterans discount on the regular menu. A first class operation and great food as always. My Daughter, son and I had a great time! Thank you Alexis and the entire staff. It must have been a very hectic day for you all. Thanks again from a Vet.
Gabe was a excellent server. The ribs were great!
