Our family loves Texas Road House! We all went there for valentine's day!
Yesterday's visit was the first time I left TR disappointed. My steak was less than tender, the hubs ribs were tough, my niece's steak was ordered rare and came well done, and my steak fries tasted reheated. Will definitely be awhipe before I come back.

This was the first disappointing experience. We ordered the tater skins they were so loaded with salty spices at we couldn't really eat them. Then waiting 30 mins for our food, husband ordered the chicken and ribs. Well he got the ribs had to wait another 20 mins for his chicken. We mentioned our disappointment to the manager and waitress and they didn't even offer any kind of rectification.
Let me start by saying our server was excellent. I was extremely disappointed when I received my food. I was expecting the nice thick single pork chop I'm used to when visiting. Instead what I received was a flat fatty "pork chop" that I'm not sure was even real pork. The green beans tasted like liquid smoke and both the kids meals were so salty they couldn't finish eating them.
My sisters, and my family came to your restaurant for my twin and i's Birthday. Alli was our server and she was awesome. She works at the Appleton,wi. alli worked really well she kept pace I requested that we have it at a slow pace because we wanted to talk to each other and have fun and it works quite well she did a very good job, took empty plates and she was always there with refills and just took care of our table it was about 13. I'd go and go and have her again!!
Terrible service. Broken dishes under the table. Management came to our table and said she would do something to compensate the check, but nothing ever came of it. Will never go back.
