The food was delicious I have to say we love your freckles. Our waitress was absolutely wonderful. Why a 4? We were the only ones at the door no one greeted us the hostesses were talking to each other we had to ask for assistance after standing around waiting. This is not normally the greeting I get when I go to Texas Roadhouse
They have fantastic service and delicious steaks & BBQ Chicken! Texas Roadhouse is one of my favorite restaurants!!
It took a long time a drink almost chocked on the bread and had nothing to drink so that ended my night of eating. After that she got the drink as I told her I didn't want anything anymore

My steak had to be sent back to be cooked longer only to get a whole different one in return which was alot smaller in size and I got attitude from the manager, he insisted that I had the same steak when I knew I didn't because mine was cut into and a couple pieces were eaten...also I got attitude from the girl at the desk when I asked for an upcoming promotional envelope that was clearly stated on the door I could ask her for one, she refused to give me one until I asked the manager and he said of course you can have one. Took 17 ppl to the Appleton location for a 16th birthday party. I do not recommend taking a large group to TRH as they do not know how to accommodate considering I called the day before, the day of and had guests show up one hour before to start reserving tables as we were told you must "call ahead". We still waited over 25 minutes after our call ahead time and got attitude from employees. We got ONE waitress for 17 ppl. Ate here on Sunday night and like 4 hrs later I was sicker then a dog!! And of course when I called they said it must of been from something I had eaten the day before! Waste of my money!!

Love your fall-off- the- bone ribs. Love your steaks and loaded sweet potato as well. Had great waitress who replaced lukewarm coffee and replenished cup several times. Never had a bad meal.
