Just figured we would write this in the hopes of someone from the location reading it. My wife and myself frequent your establishment at least one time a week. We have the dillo card. I just would like to let you know, if it was not for LISA, we would not be coming to this establishment. She is an absolutely fantastic server. We have had about every server that works there. Honestly if Lisa isn't working, we generally leave. Just figure you should know. Also Paige is pretty dang awesome as well.
Just ate dinner. We had Matt as a server. He was excellent. Friendly, had a great sense of humor, and took great care of us. Food is consistently good.
Food was very good and staff was friendly and right on when we needed anything.
Did was great. Service started out great but then or waitress must have gotten busier as she didn't come back to check if our meal was satisfactory. She didn't come back till it was time to pay. She was very friendly just dont like when they kind of forget about you between delivering your food and paying.
When my cup of coffee came cold, I should have realized what kind of night it was going to be. Food was cold and not very good.
Always great service and food we didn't have to on New year's Eve ! Awsome
1 hour wait for a table and another 1 hour wait for our food. Got the bread and my boyfriend found a hair baked into it. Our appetizer looked like the cleaned out the remnants of the fryer and threw it in with our fried pickles. When the food finally arrived my steak, and baked potato were good, the rest of my meal that I ordered showed up another 20 minutes later and were cold. Our waitress though was very helpful and friendly, the greeter is front should take some pointers from our server on customer service skills.
