My boyfriend and I took my grandma and aunt out to eat last friday. My aunts ribs were very burned/black. She sent it back and within 5 minutes, the OWNER of the company came to our table and started talking with us. Never had I ever been somewhere with that good of customer service. She had a new set of beautifully cooked ribs within another 5 minutes.
