The food was good but waitress messed up order. Sent food back asked for no onions at all. All they did was scrap them off and got a slop burger. Asked for steak and shrimp never got shrimp had to wait for that. It's getting bad there.

Like the food and service
Tonight was probably my worst experience at Texas Roadhouse, La Crosse! It began with us calling in 45 minutes before we arrived for their "call ahead seating". I was told on the phone that the wait time was currently 20 minutes and that there wouldn't be any wait when we got there. We showed up exactly when we told the person on the phone that we would, gave them our name and "secret four digit code" and then was treated exactly the same as everyone else that didn't call in and had to wait 15 minutes to be seated. excellent steakhouse good service. today they didn't like how my onion blossom turned out, so they brought me a new one.
every thing was fresh cooked just right great food and service
casual atmosphere , friendly staff
it was ok... nothing that really sets it apart from other places. the peanuts were fun, and the butter and hot rolls were great
