Took my son there for his 18th birthday and they didn't have a big enough table for our group so they had us sit and wait while 6 other tables were seated and served rolls when we were finally crammed into a booth/attached table and they didn't have any rolls they brought out 1 basket at a time. We were finally able to order and all but 2 got our food one being the birthday boy they kept coming back saying it's just about done but we were all done eating and it still didn't come so the floor manager came out and apologized b... read more

Went there last Saturday for supper, best experience in a long time. We had a waitress who I later found out was her first day and she was the best waitress I have ever had at any place I have eaten in my entire life. Friendly, talkative, prompt, pleasant, smiling, etc. I don't have enough adjectives to describe her. The manager is the one who told us it was her first day. Went to Texas roadhouse in lacrosse on new years day and it was pretty busy. Got right in and seated right away waitress was very good we even changed our mind on an appetizer and was not a problem at all. This is about the fifth time I have been there and every time has been enjoying. My parents were with us and loved it said they will be going there more often when they get to lacrosse. Keep up the good work
Best NY strip steak around and filling...between the warm fresh bread and peanuts, who needs appetizers...yummmmm
