They have the best steak ever!!!! And the service is great also. Love it when I get a chance to go there!!!!

Unfortunately 2 times now we have gotten bad service. This time we got our fries near the end of our meal today. I also had to go to the bar for a refill on ice tea. I am thinking some management changes are needed. It is not the Texas Roadhouse that it was when they first opened. What a shame. Time to find a different place for steak in Lacrosse. We would drive an hour each way to eat there, not anymore. Hope you fix your restaurant.

You could not ask for better management! If you have a server concern, talk to the management! They want you to! They will make sure any concern is corrected. I love this restaurant! When they have the dancing it is a blast!

Checked in at 445 asked for a table for two the other person was 15 minutes behind me they refuse to put me in there que until the remainder of my party showed up. In 15 mins 2 large parties walked in the door and got in line before me along with multiple small families.

Not really my kind of food. Burgers were too seasoned. But the prices were decent. Our server was very nice. Manager didn’t charge us for on of the burgers because my son couldn’t eat it with the seasoning. So staff is excellent! If your a steak and burger person this is a good place. It’s just not for us.

Went to TXRH 3/10 for an anniversary/ birthday dinner. There were 10 of us and when we were seated it was in a corner booth in a walkway. They added a table to the booth table and expected 10 adults to squeeze into the corner walkway after waiting 45 minutes. We reluctantly took the seating, ordered apps, ordered drinks, started eating the apps and the asst manager comes over and told us that having us sit in the walkway in the corner was a fire hazard and we would have to move.
